Free Internet Allowance to support our community
Due to the various difficulties with Covid-19 pandemic, as a needed relief for our customers ROL will provide our GigaFi Home Fiber Broadband customers with additional free data allowance for the month of April 2020, which is in accordance with the governments wish to provide an ease on all internet facilities
All ROL GigaFi customers will receive additional allowance, with 75% of our customers receiving up to 100% to 200% additional Allowance. All of our GigaFi residential customers are eligible. We are giving a daily 5GB allowance once the customers FUP is reached. Once the daily 5GB is exhausted customer will hit FUP again. The allowance will be renewed every 24hrs and cannot be carried forward.
ROL encourages everyone to stay home and practise social distancing to help control the pandemic. It is to help our customers and to ensure a quality service through this difficult time that we have taken this step to provide additional allowance throughout the month. To give our customers further assistance, we have priorly made a 50% reduction on our 10GB, 20GB and 50GB Gig-On packs.
