Press Release: Experiencing Significant Degradation On Our International Fibre Links

Currently ROL (Raajje Online) is experiencing internet traffic instability on the company’s international routes due to a technical issue on the submarine cable.

The company’s suppliers have clarified that the fault was caused due to a cable cut near Trivandrum (India) and the estimated time is 72 hours to repair the damage.

Addressing the issue, Head of Customer Services, Aminath Saneetha said “We are experiencing significant degradation on our international fibre links, hence our customers are experiencing an interruption in our services. We are currently working with our international carrier partners to restore service back to normal and to provide alternative solutions. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and we give our assurance that we are working our very best to rectify this issue”

ROL is currently working closely with their suppliers to provide an alternative solution to their customers and to rectify the issue as soon as possible
