ROL announces the opening of new Customer Front Office

After more than 10 unwavering years of providing internet services to the public, our Customer Front Office is now open to customers.
Speaking at the opening, Chief Executive at ROL, Ibrahim Riyaz said: “We’re very excited to announce the opening of our new call center. Our team at ROL has been working hard to provide our customers with the best services. This is a big milestone for our company and we are very grateful for our loyal customers who have supported us throughout the past years.

The new opening marked a new chapter in our book, as we launched our new website, along with our web-based online application MyROL. Our new website gives our customers more insight on our upcoming ventures along with more customer-friendly packages.
MyROL is a means to offer customers an easy, hassle-free way to access and manage a customer’s account details. Customers will also be able to make their payments online, through this portal, along with other facilities.
