Raajje Online signs Memorandum of Understanding with Care Society

Raajje Online has today signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Care Society.The MoU between the two parties were signed agreeing to terms that are mutually beneficial for both parties.The signing ceremony was held in attendance of Heads of both ROL and Care Society, their staff and the media.The MoU will ensure that ROL provides free internet services to Care Society for the duration of this agreement. Care Society in return will recognise ROL as an active partner for the duration of the agreement.The purpose of this agreement is to create a corporate partnership between the two parties, Care Society and Raajje Online (ROL).Speaking about the agreement Head of Marketing Department at ROL, Manal Latheef said: “We are very excited to partner with Care Society. At a time when the internet is of utmost importance in the everyday lives students and educators, we are happy to have been given the opportunity to provide the students and staff at Care Society with this opportunity.”ROL has been providing internet services to the Maldivian community for more than a decade and has since gained the trust and loyalty of the local community. ROL is the only locally owned company to provide internet services within Male’ and islands within the atoll. The company has big plans in the pipeline which includes providing services to the other atolls and islands as well.Care Society is one of the oldest non-profit organisations in the Maldives which has been running as a means of educating and providing opportunities to children with disabilities. The society over-see a lot of volunteer work, along with hosting awareness campaigns and programs.

Raajje Online partners with Islanders Group to promote online application Schoology.

Raajje Online is proud to announce that we have partnered with Islanders Group to launch the online educational application ‘Schoology’.Islanders Group has made their mark on the map by being the first private business group to provide educational facilities to the public at such a grand scale. Schools such as Billabong International, Kangaroo Kids, and Islanders Education are promoted nationwide.The app will be free for all students who submit their registration cards.ROL subscribers will receive free access to the Learning Management System (LMS) platform, which means that it doesn’t count as part of the internet package when accessing ‘Schoology’.ROL will also provide 24/7 customer support service, along with fiber network coverage within Male’. Additionally, customers will get to choose from a wide range of GigaFi packages.Promoting this app is part of encouraging ROL’s newest venture of tapping into the education system within the country to encourage children to Bring Your Own Device to school, where students and parents can access the app with free internet. The ‘Schoology’ app encourages children to work online, while giving full access to parents and teachers, making work available for both sets to see and review by means of the fast and efficient internet.Both parties are set to sign the MOU later this month.
